Message 1) it's a car....repeat after me...it's a car. therefore not worth getting all stressed out over. Look around you...its all relative when you consider what real world folks stress out about...so chill...

now

2) that being said....you raised this Z like a child. Took it from the orphanage and rebuilt her in your own image (which explains the fat ass i guess..) therefore you have inherent pride of ownership. Parents get a lot of enjoyment out of seeing their kids do well, a builder/owner like you gets it out of the recoginition your work/vision gets (Foose has nothing on you....harhar). Your frustration is understandable since you've had to forceably put that on hold for a few months.

So 3) the best season for Z's in Va is yet to come...fall rocks with the t-tops off. Get out and be seen, small meets, cruises..whatever..enjoy the car and enjoy your work. Take the deposit and see it as something that made you step back and add some finishing touches to the car. Enjoy the spoils and if someone offers you what you are looking for, then it becomes a luxury deciscion...as in your choice when and where.... trust me, much less stressful..

somebody somewhere once said "Life's a Journey, Enjoy the Ride" ... so get in and enjoy the ride already, it's not like you don't know how to enjoy toys...this much we know...lol

all in good nature of course...
peace
